For Senior Executives – A 6-month one-on-one coaching package, includes half-day initial session, relevant assessments & feedback, regular conference calls or in person local meetings.

 

For Mid Level Managers – A 3-6 month one-on-one coaching package, includes initial session, relevant assessments & regularly established conference calls or in person local meetings.

 

Cross cultural adjustment and successful expat assignments – Going global is an extraordinary transition for the business manager and their family.  Having personally experienced major moves while managing her career and family, Liza can partner with you to have a successful expat assignment. Package includes 6 months of one-on-one coaching, including a ninety-day strategic action plan, creating impact while on the move, stress management and general well being.
